Website information
We aim to keep website information accurate and useful, but product availability, colors, materials, dimensions, production times and other details may change. Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. A project becomes binding only when the applicable quote, artwork, pricing and order terms have been approved through the ordering process.
Quotes, pricing and orders
Pricing shown or discussed may be subject to quantities, decoration methods, setup charges, freight, taxes, supplier availability and final artwork review. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, submitting a form, requesting a quote or uploading artwork does not place an order or guarantee inventory.
Artwork, trademarks and approvals
You represent that you own or have permission to use every logo, image, design, trademark and other material you submit. You grant Upright Promo and the vendors involved in your project permission to reproduce those materials solely as needed to prepare proofs, samples and ordered products.
You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully, including spelling, colors, placement, sizing and product details. Production based on an approved proof may vary within customary manufacturing and decoration tolerances.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, submit unlawful or infringing materials, impersonate another person or use automated methods to extract content in a manner that burdens the site.
Intellectual property
The Upright Promo name, website design, original copy, graphics and other site content are owned by or licensed to Upright Promo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, brand marks and association marks belong to their respective owners. Display of a third-party mark does not transfer any ownership rights.
Third-party links and catalogs
The website may link to a SAGE-powered catalog, suppliers or other third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security, availability or privacy practices.
