Artwork and project files

Files submitted through the website are used to evaluate or fulfill the project for which they were provided. Please submit only files you are authorized to use. Do not include sensitive personal, financial or health information in artwork files or project notes. Project files may be retained with the related business record to support proofs, production, reorders, dispute resolution and legal obligations, then deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses essential browser storage to remember whether you subscribed to or dismissed the newsletter invitation and to record your privacy choices. This essential storage supports site operation and does not create an advertising profile.

With your permission, Google Analytics 4 may collect usage information such as pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, referral information, and interactions such as form completions or outbound clicks. We use this information to understand site performance and improve our services. Google Analytics does not load until you allow performance analytics. We do not use targeting-advertising cookies on uprightpromo.com.
